Our corporate offices are located in sunny Ft Laudedale Florida, however we service the entire nation with our mail order delivery service. We deliver to your doorsteps, so you do not have to go anywhere!

Will you ship my order to my home?

Yes, we will provide shipping to your home within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico. We will be happy to quote the exact, delivered cost on these units if you need it next day delivery.  All other shipping is free.

What is the cost of shipping?

We provide FREE shipping for most orders over $75, and just $9.95 for order up to $75 on most standard order within the continental United States. Other charges may apply for bulk shipping and shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico. If you have Medicare or insurance, shipping is FREE.

 When will my products arrive?

The arrival date of your supplies will be delivered in only in 2-3 business days. Diabetic Plus also double stocks all our members supplies, you will never have to worry about back order problems again! What if I do not want the product after I get it?

No problem, you have up to 30 days to return the products if for whatever reason you are not satisfied. Diabetic Plus takes customer satisfaction very seriously and provide a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Note: The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

 Who would pay the freight for the return?

Since we are arranging for the return and are not passing on our restocking fees, freight charges would be your responsibility unless the returned items were shipped in error.

What forms of payment do you take?

What forms of payment do you take? Diabetic Plus, Inc. is a participating provider for Medicare and Medicaid. We handle all the neccessary paper work for you. We accept most private insurance carriers. You can easily find out if your carrier is in our network by calling us at 1.800.406.7587 and we will be happy to help you.

Diabeticpluscare.com accepts most forms of payment methods. For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa and personal checks. Please note if paying by check your order may be delayed for up to one week to allow for the funds to clear.
